Dato’ Mohd Radzi is a social entrepreneur that specialises in Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building.
He served in think tanks at state and federal government levels in Malaysia. Among state based think tank created by Radzi include Institut Minda that offered research support services to Selangor State Assemblymen. He helped create a consortium comprising Selangor State Government and multinationals in Selangor that include Matsushita, Motorolla, Texas Instrument, Harris Semi- Conductor, Nippon Denso and Western Digital.
Raja Mazhar was previously with PETRONAS for 29 years before leaving the Fortune 500 company in November 2016.
He first joined PETRONAS as an operations executive for white products, International Marketing Division. In 1990, he moved on to be senior planner in the Senior Vice President (Downstream)’s Office and then with Refining & Marketing Planning Unit. He was also a team member of the corporate strategic study team which was facilitated by Boston Consulting Group in 1996. He was also extensively involved in the formation of PETRONAS sour refinery Joint Venture project in Melaka from the commercial aspect and led some of the Letter of Intent and contract negotiations with the Joint Venture partners.
Currently, Raja Mazhar is doing consultancy in the cards/digital payment space, loyalty marketing, customer experience and branding.
Mazhar did his education in University of Durham, England with honours in economics. He was elected chairman for senior men and women’s council comprising of presidents from all colleges in the university. He was also elected as Student President of Hild & Bede College while in Durham University, the first and only time a foreign student was elected to the position. His disciplined nature comes from his training as a boy scout, college prefect and a sergeant in the cadet corps in his early schooling years in Malaysia as well as boarding schools in the UK.
Dr. Hasnah, an independent member of Might-Meteor’s Board is currently actively pursuing the implementation of a high impact sustainable Project in Malaysia and overseas.
She leads the project conceptualization and development of this strategic high- technology programs with the aim of realizing ‘Science into Action’ for the common shared benefits of the self-powered community. Her areas of expertise includes developing strategic capacity-building Programs (with high impact technology) leading such Projects from inception to ensure successful implementation working with various key stakeholders focusing on Organization Alignment Strategy and Transformation.
Dr. Hasnah holds several professional positions such as Fellow of The Oxford Centre for Leadership, UK., Coach Facilitator – In Coaching, S.Korea, Executive Council Member – Alliance Peace Corps Foundation and Director of Human Capital Development – Foundation of Women’s Voice, YASNITA (Yayasan Suara Wanita), advocating on Poverty Management through entrepreneurial talent and skills development.
In total, Hasnah brings to the role more than 28 years experience in strategic human capital management, Leadership & Talent development, Coaching sessions across all levels of employees, and planning and executing organization change management to achieve a high-performance culture orientation.

In recognition of her vast contribution to the HR community, she was awarded ‘The HR Excellence Award (2010)’ by the Deputy President Of Indonesia, Yusoff Kalla for her dedication and commitment delivering innovative HR solutions to the community. She is a frequent Speaker at various forums, locally and abroad to share her experiences and strategic HR practices on Human Capital management and Change Management/ Transformation initiatives.
Dr. Hasnah holds a degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and proceeded to do post-graduate work at the University of Dayton in Ohio, where she completed courses in organization behavior, finance, marketing and management accounting. Her extensive work experience involving human capital and talent development earned her an industry DBA award from The European-American University, Europe.
